Cameron Champ will be keen to win the
Fortinet Championship for the second time in his career this weekend.
What to know about Champ
The American golfer has won three times on the PGA Tour, including the Sanderson Farms Championship in 2018 and the 3M Open in 2021.
Champ's best performances in major golf tournaments are 10th spot finishes at the 2022 Masters Tournament and 2020 PGA Championship.

The former Texas A&M University student took part in the 2023 Wyndham Championship where he failed to make the cut and it remains his last professional tournament.
Champ is placed 275th on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and his best OWGR ranking is 63rd.
Why Champ is among the favourites
Champ won the Fortinet Championship in 2019 when it was still known as the Safeway Open with a birdie at the 72nd hole.
It was his first win in a full−strength PGA Tour tournament and he will be looking to replicate the same form when he tees off at the Silverado Country Club.

Champ dedicated his 2019 Fortinent Championship win to his grandfather, Mack.
"For me to do something like this, for me to win, and for him to be able to witness and watch on TV, I know he was probably amped up," Champ said.
"For him to be able to see me make that putt on 18 on the 72nd hole, that will go down as the greatest moment ever in my career.
"It was just kind of meant to be."
